Who are we?We are a group of elite scientists-for-hire that are commissioned directly by the [REDACTED]. We are tasked with the projects that either the regular scientific members can't be trusted to conduct, or projects that would require us to get our hands dirtier than the Ethics Committee would allow foundation personnel to.Additionally, we work side-by-side with Foundation MTF during breaches, providing knowledge in getting Anomalous Objects to willingly cooperate when possible, and how to force them to when not. In case of an Extreme Emergency, we will be one of the main efforts to contribute to the evacuation of personnel along with the MTF deployed specifically for the Emergency.The Scientific GOI "REIU-5" can be commissioned directly by High Ranking Officials to "The Godfather", or High Ranking Inquisitors designated by the aforementioned "Godfather".

These elite scientists were either scouted out or recruited from the Foundation, and are willing to put their lives on the line for the sake of achieving knowledge. Management of regulations and third party organizations require a division of its own, the IPD serve as a watchful eye over all REIU operations to ensure our associates are following the rules we have. They additionally access threats both internal, and external to ensure the REIU-5 always sees what is coming.IPD enforcers are responsible for the following...

  • Reviewing REIU-5 inquisitors and operatives to ensure protocols are being followed.

  • Investigating threats to the REIU-5, internal or external.

  • Maintaining an aura of secrecy even from within the REIU-5 itself.

  • Intervening in testing, when the environment is deemed a breach in our regulations.

Due to our unique position as a third party to the foundation, we have a need for our own military force. These members have been designated as the OVU (Omega Vanguard Units), which consists of REIU-5 members with previous Military or Mobile Task Force experience.OVU specialists are responsible for the following...

  • Protection of REIU-5 assets.

  • Escorting REIU-5 inquisitors during tests and investigations.

  • Securing the safety of REIU-5 personnel when in physical danger.

  • Intervening in investigations when the presence of REIU-5 IPD is deemed too risky.
